Five non consecutive 30-minute Teams with different bankers. Mix of fit questions (why banking, why Cascadia ) and technicals (3 statements, valuation methods, maybe a quick case study). Nice people.

Went through the first round and second round of the process. Overall very chill interviewers and very behavioral focused questions. I really enjoyed the process and getting to know more about the firm as well.

2 interviews with one behavioral and the other technical. The behavioural one asked me the DCF question but ended up getting really angry. Not a good experience. The technical question wasn't actually that technical, but the more senior VP was chill.
