Main concern for me was the communication. When someone spends and invests weeks of their time to interview with you, it common courtesy I believe to communicate and have transparency with them. I did not receive that. That does not leave a good perception of the company and the process. Please respect interviewers time by providing transparency, that says a lot about the recruiting process of a firm. Many of the bigger and more reputable firms I have interviewed with been great at this.

This was one of the best interview experiences I have had. The team and president of the company were extremely honest and transparent about the entire process, and kept an open line of communication. I truly enjoyed this experience which is hard to say when it comes to tech interviews.
I received an offer within days of the onsite interview, but unfortunately the travel requirements did not work out for me. This was a hard one for me to decline, but my personal situation prevented me from accepting. That being said, they tried their best to accommodate me and make it work out. Wish it could have worked out.
Overall there was a phone screen with their recruiter, then a phone interview with one of their leads, then an on-site with 3 others, one of them being the President of the company. Also before the onsite there was a take home technical assignment.
