I was interviewed for 2 rounds and Hr told me that you are selected and i will tell you the compensation details after weekend. I, based on this conversation, decided to not attend other upcoming interview with some other company (for which i cleared first technical round) and waited for her call. At the end she says unfortunately the role is no more available. That was very dissapointing and I missed another opportunity also because of her this bad communication. She asked me an expected amount for salary and pressurized me to tell a minimum amount that i expect. I told an amount and told her that i can negotiate on that further. But she asked me to tell her a minimum amount, so that if she finalise below that amount she will not even call me. At the end she didn't even discuss the salary part with me and told that the role is over and will come after 3 months now. I asked her to not to do this with anyone else ever again as we are human beings and these things hurts a lot. I had a very bad day because of her and still i am looking for roles. I wish this should never happen with anyone else
