Single interview, in personal, face-to-face in managers office with the owner/manager. Owner asked multiple questions from him prepared list. Questions were related to work history, why I looking for work, personal life and a discussion of what the role entails. Previous jobs weren't really applicable due to the role being a sales position. Interview was very informal and owner was from same town, we ended up reminiscing about home.
