Went through all 3 rounds, and said that they were excited to have me on their team. Felt very blindsighted at the end when they rescheduled a follow up call 2 times. They didn't ask me for my availability either for those.

Biggest weakness/strength from your previous experiences.
Thanks for the feedback here. We did screw up on the responsiveness and we admitted it was a way too drawn out process. We made a few changes from this experience, including asking for decisions from interviewers within 24 hours and establish a decision time SLA, so this would happen less going forward.

Did all 3 rounds, they said it went well but they probably lied because they ghosted me after the last round and never told me anything. Don’t waste your time.
