Very casual and conversational. Team was very friendly. Met with their copywriter and creative director, they stressed the importance of fitting their start-up culture. The I was impressed with their energy and creativity. Questions were mostly about my creative process, my experience working with a smaller one-on-one team with another copywriter, and we also discussed the copy test I was required to take before interviewing.
