Interviewed for Washington DC, process took 3+ weeks. 3 interviews: 2 with senior management and the 1 with the CEO. Technical interviews - they didn't care for behavioural questions. One was finance based and the other two were micro-economics.

Finance was about WACC and cost-benefit analysis. Micro-economics was about government intervention
HR interview then two online tests (one behavioral, one economics). Think GRE style questions for the exams. The HR interview was basics about qualifications and why you want to work for the company. Final round is a panel interview.

First I had a 20-minute interview with HR(typical questions to help build up your profile), then a critical assessment testing reading comprehension and logic (similar to GRE), and finally a panel interview with 2 members from the team.
