The initial call was very friendly and open, the position and salary was discussed. Interview with HR and client and myself, everything went ok until the salary and benefits came up benefits not the same as on the phone, and in front of the client the salary was lowered by 10K over the phone conversation. When asked why was told that is the way it works take it or leave it.............So I left
