I completed about 3 rounds of interviews (1 was a panel interview with multiple people). They never got back at me regarding their offer decision. They took forever to schedule those interviews and wasted my time.

Had an initial call with the recruiter who did not show up for the agreed time and pushed the interview to the next day at last minute. Next step was a call with the hiring manager who was in desperation to hire someone to join his team. Last step was interview with two other management folks. Total 4 interviews. Everyone praised of your great background and how your past experiences will help their team tremendously. You would think you would receive an offer, but no one responded to your thank you email. They wasted so much of time which would have been better invested in applying for another company.
