First screening interview with Humans Resources representative, then two rounds of behavioral interviews 45 minutes each with current employees. Questions weren't too hard or technical, mostly behavioral to see what your personality/fit for the company

30 min behavioral HR interview. No technical ones. It was basically phone screening via microsoft team. The interviewer was very kind and you got a time to ask any questions at the end of the conversation

The recruiter will first schedule a phone screening with you. Upon passing the screening, a technical panel interview will be conducted. If you successfully pass the technical interview, a third panel interview will be conducted with HR. It's a very long process but it is worth it at the end.
