I gave them my resume at a career fair. They called later that day and scheduled an interview for the very next day. Two younger people who were currently in the GOLD program interviewed me. It was all behavioral questions, and they weren't particularly intimidating. If i had been selected to move on with the process, they would have had a phone screening, followed by an on-site interview in New Jersey. Apparently the whole process can take months.
