First, you have to take a test in two steps one is NCERT based and another advanced JEE based then Demo for a topic. Then you get a call based on your performance within the week though you wouldn't get a call if you don't qualify.
It consists of 3 rounds
1)written(Questions were based on only two topics)
2)demo
3)Interview
After Interview they will arrange hr interview in which negotiation is done regarding your salary and job location.

Easy process and good process condcted by catalyser..firt written and demo and this process take one day only and esay process..and envirment of catalyser ia alao good............first the will take wrriten two paper half half hour for one paper .snd then the same day they will take a interview
