The recruiting was divided in three steps.. First, round a written test that required us to create class diarams and database structures for a given problem. Second round, A technical interview where my technologies and projects were discussed. Third round, A Skype interview with the VP in Norway. Overall the interviewers were very nice and supportive .

Good staff, cooperated with students in the interview round and all generous, cleared the first two rounds, rejected in the last as I had no solid project. But still, I knew the company environment was chill from the beginning.
