My first interview was a group interview. They asked a lot of general questions and went around the room as each person answered. It can be intimidating as you are being interviewed with others for the same position, but it was easy as someone who isn't afraid to speak up. They asked only a few to stay and gave us the job.

It was a group interview. It was very easy. They just basically wanted to get an impression of who you are. They are organized. Everyone who interviewed had experience in the food industry. There were eleven other people in this interview with me. Be prepared for a drug test after if they hire you on the spot.

It's a very welcoming group interview at their headquarters. You are asked to introduce yourself, talk about strengths, how you found the company and also theres a little "game" where you talk about what you would do in certain chaotic scenarios.
