had to pass test, interview with 4 people, I truly don't remember it was a long time ago, some areas of the test were timed. math and common sense questions then there was a long section on people questions

Clear and precise . The interview was about how I would fit in the Caterpillar family. Questions were geared towards a personal response. It was a two panel interview and the interviewers were nice, professional and very attentive.
