Phone interview and a campus interview. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. Make sure you are prepared to talk about past experiences. Also, try to make your interviewer feel like they would enjoy working with you, at a personal level. Be able to explain how you have been a good leader and how you take initiative.

Super Saturday included 3 one hour interviews. Had a mentor who was in the program the whole weekend to help with the process. They provided a hotel, travel, and dinner.
Started off with an online application. Invited to choose a time for a telephone interview. This was mainly a competency based interview and was asked to use the STAR technique when answering questions. The interviewer was very friendly. I am currently waiting to hear back about the next stage of the process.
