Overall, the interview process was very professional, smooth, and brief. I emailed the store manager my application and I was called to interview within a week or two. When I arrived at the interview I was greeted by one of the two managers. I was then interviewed by the head manager who was very friendly and welcoming. The interview lasted about 5-10 minutes (not long at all), and I was told I should hear back from them in a couple of days. About two days later I found out that I had the job.

2 rounds, one video interview -one way- and the second round with comittee involving HR and hiring manager and additional expert. The interview mostly focused on STAR method where you have to describe situations and how you responded to them
