Targeted Selection process. Questions from past experience to predict future performance. All questions follow the Situation, Task, Action. And Result format.interviewee needs to get to the point and answer 6 to 8 questions in less than an hour. Then repeat two more times for a total of 3 one hour interviews.

It was pretty good but not the best. They asked me a lot of questions during the interview but it was mostly behavioral. I had one interview on campus and then I got an offer

Interview was moderate and was related to basic of domain but clarity of thoughts and application oriented thinking is needed for clearing of interview. Application subjects should be well versed of you domain.

It was a very simple process. Nice people who took time to listen and answer questions. I would recommend attempting to find a job here. Very nice people and great place to work.
