A simple online application followed by a phone interview if you pass. The application was simple just information about me and my grades. The phone interview was very irritating and I will explain why in the Interview Questions box.

General Competency questions but prior to the phone interview I was emailed given 5 sections in which I will have questions asked. During the phone interview, the man who called me was very uninterested and monotone. Did not change his tone AT ALL. By the end of the phone call, he said I would get a email with whether I passed or not, but I received an email 35 MINUTES AFTER THE PHONE CALL. Bare in mind that the phone interview was at 8.30, I thought it was quite rude because it seemed as if they didn't even think about my answers, and sent a email as soon as they had a minute free. They seemed to not care about my personality but about what I was saying which is fair enough but I feel like they just didn't care. The man on the phone seemed unprepared and didn't apologise when he got muddled up. At one point he wanted to call me back on another line after 10 minutes on the phone which I thought was unprofessional.
