Networking led me to this position. The interview was relatively simple with reading over my resume then taking a computer personality test. I was hired a week later than I should of after HR lost my info and waited 7 days until I called them about when they would schedule my pre-employment physical / drug test.

Microsoft teams meeting with a hiring manager and another HR employee. Simple questions and answers, like tell me your strength and weaknesses, how do you practice safety in a work place, about a time where you don't see eye to eye with an individual, etc.
