I got an interview through school. Most of the questions were simple behavioral questions and the interview lasted about 30 mins. My interviewer was really nice and he talked proudly about his company. After the interview, i asked for a business card. He further advised me that I should hear back from the company in 2 weeks.

It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
