It was a lot of STAR method related questions so be ready for that. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and was open to questions I had. Overall the process took 4-5 weeks.

Colloquio
They flew me up to Peoria and I had a super day of back-to-back interviews. Mostly just STAR questions. After the interview I had a tour of the visitor center. Upon returning I had received my offer.
All behavioral interview questions. The interviewer will ask you a series of behavioral questions. While you are answering, they will take notes. Overall, the interviewers are pretty nice, and will instruct you when you don't get the questions.
