I applied online and was contacted within the week. I scheduled an interview for the next week and received an offer the next week. I was given 1-2 weeks to make a decision on the offer then I had to undergo a drug test and background check.

Use the STAR format to answer all of the questions, but mostly I was asked various behavioral questions. I was not asked a "tricky" question. I was also asked to talk more depth about some things on my resume, but just very basic questions about why I chose my university/major, describe a time where I displayed leadership, etc.
