I applied during a school career fair and received a call that same night to go to an interview the next day. The interview was behavioral and they wanted everything answered in the STAR method. Pretty long interview and a lot of question of different situations. Two guys went over my resume and then asked me to explain in detail my experience. At the end of the interview there was time for additional questions. They are looking for someone with a lot of initiative and motivation.

Applied online, in person interview at a conference. Got offer 3 weeks later. Very chill interview. Encouraged STAR method for answers to the questions. Lots of questions, probably around 10. No technical questions.

What was one time you had to break safety protocol to solve a problem?
phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.

it was an wonderful experience, first round was a online assessment then followed by a two day hackathon and after completely the hackathon there will be only one technical interview.
