Group activity which you also present, 10 minute technical presentation, site tour, and 45-60 minute interview with 2 people. It was quote a relaxed atmosphere after the initial group activity.

Asked about alternators, how a phone charges and how it can be improved and a graph of voltage and current and explain what it shows in terms of the phone charging

1 hour with 2 interviewers. There were about 5-6 questions, and you MUST follow the STAR method. They seemed to be taking extensive notes between each question. They also said if I didn't like the question that I could ask for an alternative question as the questions were meant to learn a specific trait about me.

Star interview process for the entire interview. lasted for about an hour and a half, very kind people. If you need more time to respond they give it to you and you can ask to repeat any question is needed.
