An initial phone interview was scheduled with the recruiter via Teams. The interviewer was 5 minutes late. I logged on 15 minutes early, so the recruiter had to have gotten a notification that I was on time. The whole thing lasted for 5 minutes when she realized I didn't have experience in one specific software they were looking for that wasn't listed on the job description. It also wasn't listed on my resume or portfolio, so if it was so important, it should've been verified before scheduling an interview. I do appreciate that she ended the interview immediately and didn't waste anymore of either of our times.
