As a fresher, I participated in a series of evaluation stages:
Online Test: The first stage was an online assessment.
Coding Test: This was followed by a coding test with relatively straightforward problems.
Group Discussion (GD): Next, there was a group discussion round.
Technical and HR Interview: Finally, I had a combined technical and HR interview. The interviewer was very calm and professional, and requested detailed information about all the projects listed on my resume.

The interview experience was quite good and very professional. The panel focused more on assessing the candidates’ analytical thinking, reasoning ability, and problem-solving approach rather than just theoretical knowledge. Overall, it was a positive and insightful interaction that encouraged open discussion and practical thinking.

Interview was mainly focussed on testing the basic programming skills and logical skills. Question from C, C++ , OOPS were asked. Simple DSA questions were asked. Refer Striver SDE sheet to perform better in the DSA based questions.
