Structured interview style where they are strictly looking for structured responses which can be tough if you are not well practiced at these styles of interviews or have not interviewed in a number of years. 3 people interviewing they were incredibly professional and friendly however. You will have plenty of time so don't rush the answers. They will be writing the entire time which can be a bit off putting.
