Phone Screen: Checking your English proficiency. Self-introduction. Why flight attendant and why CX
Group Interview - Round 1: Discussion in a group of 6-8 candidates. And each of us was given 1 minute to do the presentation. We were told immediately who was able to get into next round interview which was conduct on the same day.
Round 2: Role Play (Someone complained about the service/ hygiene and we were told to handle) and Business Plan.
1:1: Very general questions. CV-based questions. Look into your soft skills e.g. interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills etc. If you had customer service experience, get prepared for all the questions they might ask!
Body Check: usually one or two weeks after the final interview. Good luck:)

5. How do you handle a customer who complains about a known issue with a product or service?
6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Colloquio
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
