I applied the job online. Interview started with ICAO English test. If you obtain a Level 4, you can pass the exam. Followed by E-cut Monitoring test online. After 2 weeks, it is the HR Interview conducted online.

minimum ICAO English level 4 (HKIAE or HKYAA) -> Cut-e computer test (can prepare in pilotassessment.com) -> Teams initial assessment (background check, company & programme knowledge check) -> group exercise & final interview
