Well structured. Felt genuine and human. Not robotic and monotonous like many recruiters can be. Plenty of room for questions and took the time to give detailed and thoughtful responses. Was not in any rush to get off the phone like I see often.

Smooth interview process from the time of submitting application to the end. I feel like although the staff was great, the pay was no -negotiable (as in they have a set pay)
