The interview process was simple and straightforward and largely focused on figuring out if I would be a cultural fit with the team. None of the questions were overly technical initially and talked more about general computer science topics.

This was one of the questions basically:
You are given two eggs, and access to a 100-storey building. Both eggs are identical. The aim is to find out the highest floor from which an egg will not break when dropped out of a window from that floor. If an egg is dropped and does not break, it is undamaged and can be dropped again. However, once an egg is broken, that’s it for that egg.
If an egg breaks when dropped from floor n, then it would also have broken from any floor above that. If an egg survives a fall, then it will survive any fall shorter than that.
The question is: What strategy should you adopt to minimize the number egg drops it takes to find the solution?. (And what is the worst case for the number of drops it will take?)
There was a phone interview at first and a technical interview in person at their office in Grand Rapids which was taken by two software engineers. The technical interview was an hour long.

The phone interview was about the resume, previous work experience, and education. The technical interview had several questions about Object Oriented programming.
I was interviewed by 2 Software Engineers. They asked me a technical question that i was able to solve optimally, including many different tests. They decided to move forward with another candidate. Not sure why they wasted my time as I spoke to an engineer before this interview and they seemed to have slots open.

Colloquio
Very relaxed interview and they have you choose cards that describe strengths and weaknesses. It was a one on one interview with a team manager. The questions were pretty standard.

They have you take a test like in programming classes it includes object based questions and SQL questions.
