I had a phone interview with the hiring Director and then was brought in to meet with multiple memebers of the team. My issue with this company was that there was no follow up. If it's a no just say you found a better canidate. Very rude and unprofessional after someone has taken their time to interview with the company and went through a few rounds. probably for the best. The company seemed to be in the dark ages about how a start up in the Valley is ran. Plus the salary was lower than the industry standard. I say stay away!
