Posted December 16, 2013 on LinkedIn.com - Applied several days after. Contacted by email for phone interview then face-to-face. Owner & couple of staff members at first impression seem nice. They all emphasized how previous bad hires had to be let go due to not working their duties like goofing off (i.e. text messaging on the smart phone & surfing the internet). I thought I made a good impression and was told I was one of the strongest candidates interviewed but found out through email that another candidate got chosen.
