Phone chat with their recruiter, then an in person interview with the CEO/President of the company. Went over my resume and he asked me a lot more questions about the business of my current employer than he asked me about my technical skills. Ended the interview saying he would send me the titles of some books that I should read to "round out" my skill set. I still haven't heard a word back from them good or bad, or with those books I should read.

They called me and told that they need a fresher and then at the interview place they told me that they require fresher with lot of experience .In phone they said they will not ask much but in person they asked whole syllabus.
