Hr needs to undergo training first. One of the question she asked me was about my academic percentage that why it has constantly declined ? I answered "Well it usually does when we move to higher classes. We can't expect a constant percentage in the 90's I suppose throughout our education". Surprising enough that she asked me such a question!
