The initial interview was a Teams/Zoom interview, but then they required me to travel for an in-person interview at my own expense. The interview team had been out late at a conference the night before (by their own admission) and were all yawning, looked red-eyed, generally hungover, etc. There was no follow-up and I did not hear anything back until I emailed myself. I don't believe that any of the managers there at the interview still work for the city.
