I was targeted by Cedars HR to apply to a role, applied online around midnight and the Nutrition Manager contacted me via email the next morning to set up a phone interview; she even asked for time that same day. She called me late from the time she had set up and we spoke for about ten minutes. She did not ask me a single nutrition question, but mainly described the position and then we discussed the hours/days they wanted and how I might have a conflict with that. As the position had been open since July (5 months), she seemed absolutely desperate and said she would check with the clinic group to see if it could work. She said she would contact me early the next week with their decision on calendaring and then a follow up interview. She never contacted me and I got a system generated email a week later indicating that they were not pursuing my application further. This woman is a liar and If you don't have enough character to send a two line response email to a candidate to let them know that their availability doesn't work for you, then I'm happy to not work there. AVOID them, this is why their team has such a bad reputation.
