If you meet the requirements and get a call back for an interview (I got a call back within a couple weeks for an interview) you will go to the HR dept and first take a computer assessment based on your computer literacy. You will then meet with an HR rep and go over the job description. Next you meet with a nurse manager or director of the nursing dept (I'm not good with titles) and you have the actual interview there. It's a lengthy process just keep a positive attitude. The interview was pretty easy general questions. Just be honest and show that this is where you want to be.
