I got interviewed via Microsoft Teams with the manager. The interview lasted for 15 minutes. Most of the questions are about the work scenarios and how to handle them. The manager said there were 15 candidates who applied for the job. Unfortunately, I didn’t get in.

I applied on 8/09/2020. The process for me was super fast. I received a phone interview on 8/12/2020. Phone call went well. Received an invitation to an in person interview for 8/14/2020. The interview was fine. It was a panel of 2 RN’s. 1 manager and the other Assistant Manager. Questions were basic and felt more like a meet and greet more than anything. Very comfortable environment. I got a tour after interview. Left the interview feeling good. After leaving the parking lot I received an offer from HR. The first step was a reference check. After this, the acceptance letter and background check begin. It is now 8/27/2020. My background and reference check has been cleared. And my start date is set for 9/14/2020. The process was fast. I’m excited to start.
