It took about 2 months from the time of application to the time they called me for an interview. I asked for a phone interview and they've accommodated me. Interview went well. The Interviewer handled the process very well, was interested in what I had to say. I enjoyed it. still waiting to hear from them.

I was scheduled to talk to two people, both for approx. 35-45 minutes. The first went normally, and I talked about my experience in interest in relation to the position, and she told me about the position and what was expected. The second interviewer, who was actually more involved in the position, however, barely gave me 10 minutes because she had a call. She also was incredibly unorganized and unprepared and knew absolutely nothing about my experience or skills. It seemed like they had already chosen someone and were interviewing just for the sake of looking fair.
