The initial interview was an onsite cultural fit session with the Managing Director and HR. We talked about my passion for software engineering, my journey, and the growth opportunities for freshers at Cefalo. It was a very engaging session, and I was a bit nervous, but they made me feel really comfortable!
Next, I completed a coding test with a couple of problem-solving questions and MCQs related to OOP, SQL, and basic computer science concepts.
After that, I was called for a final interview, and they heard my overall feedback and future plans. Finally I was offered the job!

There were three rounds of interviews taken, each of them requireing passing the previous round. For me, every round was on site. CP round, technical interview round and hr round.

There were three rounds of interviews taken, which of them requireing passing the previous round. First one was a hackerrank custom contest having 2 competitive programming problems and some 10ish software engineering questions like on SQL, OOP etc. The second round was a technical interview with some technical experience based questions. The third round was about salary expectations, cultural fit and career goals etc.

Step 1: HR Cultural Fit
This session was conducted by the Managing Director and HR manager. This friendly session mainly focused on the communication skill and was conducted in English. We discussed my journey, why I chose this career path, and the opportunities for freshers. Nothing technical was asked from my resume; just non-technical aspects of the resume were reviewed.
Step 2: Code Test
This was a technical part that was conducted on HackerRank. There were few MCQs about OOP and DBMS, and 2 problems were given. The problems were easy, and the time given was sufficient.
Step 3: Final interview
In this step they heard about my overall experience with the recruitment process and about my future plans. Then I was offered the job.
