I had 4 interviews in total: one phone interview, two via MS Teams and the last interview was on site. Finally I got a working contract but it took a lot of time that HR had it ready.

Very good with many people interviewing. Interviewed at several different times and several locations. Interviewed with many levels of people. Interview was several hours long. Interviewed in person and on the phone.
You won't get the complete truth about the business in the interview. They said they were sold out, but didn't indicate that all the production was being sold into their own warehouses.
