Interview was really nice, pretty easy. They ask alot of questions. However I was offered a job I accepted and the day before I was supposed to start I was told they were retracting the offer, after I spent $250 preparing myself to work there.

The interview was read off of a sheet of paper. They asked the typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? What can you bring to the company? How would you express our company values? You meet with either the Director or the Assistant Director. They ask you to tour the facility with them and then observe you in a classroom with the children. They hired me on the spot.
