One in person interview on site with HR, someone from the training department and a clinic manager. Professional/ business attire is required. Roughly 30 questions are asked during the interview.

Online application. Got an email requesting interview and had 2 interviews with Lead CRAs. Overall very positive interview process. Was told to expect a wait for offer but got one within a few days.
