Personally it was area of expertise, because in this day and age, you never have just one...
1 phone screening then 1 live interview with a director, it bas basic behavioral questions and my ability with data analytics and stakeholder management. I ended up getting ghosted in the end, i took the interview a month and a half ago and to this day I never even gotten a rejection even though I asked twice. waste of time, so much better companies that will actually tell you if you got the job or not.
