I was scheduled for a 30 minute phone screen with HR to go through my resume. It seemingly went very well. The recruiter was asking very blunt questions that would indicate that there was interest. They ended by asking if I would be open to a phone screen with the hiring manager, to which I replied "absolutely." I never heard from them again!!! After two weeks, I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter....radio silence. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
