Went through two rounds and was ghosted. Recruiter moved me through relatively quick and then me with hiring manager. Role has been open for several months now. Not sure what they're looking for and don't think they know either.

I then provided references that were checked thoroughly followed by a background check before an offer was made. I had confidence in the process and communication throughout.
