Interviewed with HR first for 30 mins, then a 60 min interview with hiring manager. After second interview was told I needed to take 2 hour exam on their platform. Interviewers were professional and very kind/personable to talk to. After taking the exam (as passing), I followed up and heard no response. After a few days the HR team reached back out to let me know that they were moving on to other candidates. No constructive feedback was provided and I felt as the exam was a waste of time since the company decided to move on anyway. Could have saved that time for other things and wish the company would have been upfront with me before then.
