It was a face to face meeting. I met with three different people who were very nice and took the time to know me, and tell me about the company.

In person with a list of general questions asked to me and they wrote my answers down on paper, it was informal. When done they said the answers would be reviewed with the other managers and some one would talk to me on the phone if more info was needed. I later received a call asking if I could start on the first of july.
